Improve Performance & Prevent Injury Sports Massage Therapy maintain muscles at the optimum length, helps to avoid injuries and increase the flexibility of the muscle tissue. As an athlete, you can include massage in your regular training to increase muscles performance and have greater fitness results. Because pain and injury are most common factors that prevents athletes to reach their full potential, a weekly session will help the muscles to lower the risk of different soft tissues and associated overuse injuries. It will be beneficial for any athlete and you will leave the table feeling prepared for competition. Can be provided from 2 days to just a few minutes prior the competitions to start. We will have a consultation before to find out which are the muscles that usually tend to become tight and hurt the most. I will asses the main muscles used in the event which are the principal to treat and see where are areas of tension or trigger points as a result from training and preparation for the event. I will create the treatment suitable to your need and expectations for the type of sport you are getting ready to attend. Cancellation Policy
1. Reschedule can be done if the appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours before the time of treatment. 2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours before treatment, will incur the appointment fee. 3. No shows will incur the appointment fee.
