Service Description
Sports Massage Therapy maintain muscles at the optimum length, helps to avoid injuries and increase the flexibility of the muscle tissue. As an athlete, you can include massage in your regular training to increase muscles performance and have greater fitness results. Because pain and injury are most common factors that prevents athletes to reach their full potential, a weekly massage treatment will help the muscles to lower the risk of different soft tissues and associated overuse injuries. I will focus on providing massage to the full body on a fast pace to be able to cover all the muscles and the joints. If there is any specific conditions or injury you would like me to focus on, please let me know, although I wil have a consultation at the begining before to proceed with the treatment and we can discuss where are the areas where I need to spend more time in order to improve the muscles condition and increase the flexibility to regain the range of movement in those specific joints. As an example on how we can identify the areas we will conduct an objective assessement where I will ask you to perform flexions , extensions, rotations in that specific joint and areas with problems. Treatment plan will be discussed before to start in order to meet your expectactions.




Cancellation Policy
1. Reschedule can be done if the appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours before the time of treatment. 2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours before treatment, will incur the appointment fee. 3. No shows will incur the appointment fee.
