Service Description
As a professional massage therapist I provide Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage which are great for relaxation. Usually booked for back, neck and shoulders with each session usually is for 25 minutes with 5 minutes in between sessions, if you would like to have the sessions different, please let me know. I recommend to book in advance to secure your desired date and time. Options available to book are for group size of 2 - 4 people and can be discussed if required different. We need to ensure there is enough space for a treatment bed which I will bring with me. An area of 3x2 m should be enough for me to be able to provide the massage sessions. Swedish massage is great to relax the entire body and mind. Slow, rhythmical massage produces a soothing, sedative effect on sensory nerve endings, increase lymphatic drainage and promoting general relaxation. Deep Tissue massage is great to reduce pain, stiffness and muscle fatigue, increase joint mobility by reducing any thickening of the connective tissue and helping to release restriction in the fascia, break down adhesions which may have developed within the muscles as a result of tension and poor posture. Cancellation Policy
1. Reschedule and refunds can be done if the appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours before the time of treatment. A full refund of the deposit will be issued in maximum 7 days. 2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours before treatment, will incur the deposit fee. 3. No shows will incur the deposit fee.
