Doing an huge amount of effort and training will fatique the muscles and can cause damage. It can happen during training or in competition when the athlete push himself too much and the risk of over-exerting occur real fast. An injury or muscles dysfunction can occur if the training is too frequent and there is no enough time in between to fully recover.
Sports Massage Treatments will assist you to increase the performance and keep the muscles in good condition.
